Individual coaching sessions that focus on the client's agenda and the client, adhering to the ICF criteria. Mindfulness and meditative techniques are embedded in the life coaching approach.
Mindfulness in Sports
By the strengthening of emotional flexibility and resilience, the athlete can learn to manage anxious thoughts, difficult emotions and stress by recognizing them. So there is an increase in motivation, concentration and self-confidence. This provides an introduction to optimum performance, called the 'Flow' state.
Mindfulness and Compassion
The IMTA accredited Mindfulness and Compassion Program is created to invite awareness and compassion into participants' lives. They will plant the seeds of awareness and compassion in their lives and contribute to the cultivation of these seeds with regular practices.
Mindfulness for Teens
It is a scientific-based mindfulness training program prepared by MISP (Mindfulness in Schools Project) for young people aged 11-18. It is the most used program in school curricula for this age group in UK.
Yoga and Meditation
4 week online program.
There are contents prepared to start the day in the morning and to relieve the tiredness of the day in the evening.
