.b, pronounced [dot-be], is the UK’s leading mindfulness curriculum for 11-18 year olds in schools. .b stands for ‘stop and be’, a simple practice at the heart of this ten lesson course. Each .b lesson (between 40 minutes and 1 hour) is expertly crafted for use in the classroom to teach a distinct mindfulness skill. The .b materials are designed to engage even the most skeptical of young minds.
Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) aims to improve the lives of children by making a genuine, positive difference to their mental health and wellbeing. With a decade’s worth of experience, MiSP is the most established provider of mindfulness training and curricula for schools. 350,000 primary and secondary pupils have already benefited from their program, which helps them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
All the program is experiential. No record is taken during the lessons.
